Full Refund

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund only if your eVisa/visa application has not been submitted or not paid to the respective government authorities.

  • How to Request: Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of submitting your application by emailing us at refunds@visacrave.com with your application details.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be transferred to the concerned bank account within 15 working days.

No Refund

  • eVisa Applications: Once an eVisa application has been submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Government Payments: If your visa fee has already been paid to government or third-party agencies (e.g., immigration departments, VFS), no refund can be processed, as these entities do not allow reversals once applications are lodged.
