Full Refund
- Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if your visa application has not been submitted or paid to the respective government authorities.
- How to Request: To request a refund, please email us at refunds@visacrave.com with your application details. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of submitting your application.
- Refund Process: All refunds will be transferred to the concerned bank account within 15 working days.
No Refund
- Once Paid to Government: If your visa application has already been submitted and payment has been made to the government or third-party agencies (e.g., immigration departments, VFS), no refunds will be issued, as these entities do not offer refunds once an application is processed.
